Choose Your Pass

1) What you are buying

10-Class Pass (Kizomba or Bachata): 10 classes for $250, valid for 6 months from purchase, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Casual Pass (Single Class): 1 class for $30, valid for one attended class session.

2) Flexibility (10-Class Passes)

10-Class Passes are designed for flexible attendance (e.g., FIFO/shift workers).

You do not need to attend weekly, and (at this stage) you do not need to book to use your pass.

Entry is subject to venue capacity and safe participation.

3) Studio rules and participation

Please arrive on time. For safety and class flow, late entry may be refused at the instructor's discretion.

We may refuse entry or remove a participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour (no refund in those cases).

4) Expiry and unused classes

10-Class Passes expire 6 months after purchase. Any unused classes are forfeited at expiry unless we agree in writing to extend (e.g., exceptional circumstances).

Expiry dates are shown at purchase/within your account where available.

5) Change of mind (no refunds)

No refunds are offered for change of mind, including (but not limited to): deciding not to attend, personal schedule changes, purchasing the wrong pass, or finding an alternative elsewhere.

Consumer guidance is clear that businesses do not have to provide refunds where a consumer simply changes their mind.

6) If we cancel or significantly change a class

If we cancel a class session, we will provide one of the following (as appropriate):

1. reschedule/make-up session, or
2. return the class credit to your pass, or
3. a pro-rata refund for any unused portion where the service cannot be provided.

Regulators note refund/remedy rights can apply where an organiser cancels or makes a major change.

7) Promotions and discounts

Discount codes must be used at checkout, are valid only during the stated period, cannot be applied retrospectively, and cannot be combined unless stated.

8) Transfers and resale

Passes are not transferable and not for resale unless we approve in writing (exceptional circumstances only).

9) Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Terms that try to exclude consumer guarantees are void to that extent (ACL s64).
